Paul started to play lead guitar at the age of 14 and moved on to bass at 16.

Since then he has played rock and blues in various bands performing all over the UK and parts of Europe. Paul has also helped many up and coming young musicians and bands by running Jam Nights at local venues. Paul said " I had pretty much retired from the live music scene for about 12 months until I got a phone call from Patrick Peters, when I found out about the musicians involved in the project I jumped at the chance to join RIO GOLD."
